Important Booking Information
To ensure a smooth scheduling process, please take note of the following:
Minimum Visit Length
All supervised visits require a two-hour minimum booking.
Payment Required
All fees are due at the time of scheduling your appointment.
Schedule in Advance
Assessments, visits, exchanges, and court dates should be scheduled as soon as possible to secure your desired appointment slot.
Appointment Details
To book your appointment, please provide the following information: date/time, desired location, and names of all attendees. We will confirm availability and payment details.
Available Appointment Types
We offer a variety of services, each with its own time commitment. Please see the list below:
- Initial Assessment: 1.5 - 2 hours (Each parent must schedule individually)
- Supervised Visits: 2-hour minimum (hourly fee)
- Provider Court Attendance: 2 hours (hourly fee)
- Parent/Child Exchanges: 45-minute sessions (flat fee, location dependent)
Please note: A $15 drive fee applies to all appointments.
Our Availability
We are available for appointments during the following days and times:
Tuesday - Saturday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
We are closed on the following holidays: Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, and Halloween.
